Eddie is a sweet, young German Shepherd mix who was found wandering the streets as a stray. We recently rescued this handsome boy and welcomed him to our Coastal K9 pack.

When Eddie arrived, he was very sick, something that, unfortunately, is not uncommon after spending time in a crowded county shelter. We nursed him back to health, and now that he's feeling better, he couldn't be happier!

Eddie is a friendly, happy guy who enjoys being around people. Before you know it, Eddie will be on the ground showing you his belly for belly rubs! He has also done well with the dogs he's met so far. As always, chemistry matters when introducing dogs, so any potential canine companion will need to be a good match for Eddie's personality and play style.

He has plenty of energy, which is typical of a young German Shepherd, and he's eager to please. We think he'll really enjoy having a family who will give him the activity, attention, and guidance a young shepherd thrives on.

Now that he's healthy, Eddie is ready to start looking for his forever home. And while he waits for his family to find him, he'll learn something else important: he has a home here at the Ranch, where he will be loved and cared for for as long as he needs us.

This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax-deductible. Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and will usually be microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
