Cat test video

"Hi future family, my name is Gwen and I am a beautiful, sweet, smart and playful white GSD. I absolutely love my human friends at the Rescue, as you can see from my pictures. They’ve taught me so much in a short amount of time. I have learned to walk very nicely on a leash, love sniffing around on our walks and enjoy a good game of fetch or tug. I even like to swim, especially if I have my toy with me. I am good with most big dogs, but I’d really like to meet your other canine family members before going home with you. I have not yet met a cat, but if you have one, my human friends said they can do a “cat test” at the Rescue before I meet yours. I am a medium-energy GSD and love to cuddle, but can really turn on the energy when its time to do activities together. I know how to sit and am learning to lay down on command. I’m a quick learner and really want to make my human friends happy. Training and puzzles are great ways to keep me happy. I’m so excited to meet you, I think I will win you over almost immediately with kisses and full body hugs."

If you are interested in meeting this dog, please fill out our online application first. Contact us via email at info@coastalK9gsr.org. The minimum adoption donation ranges from $300 to $400. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible. Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
