About Bambi:

Bambi is a beautiful 2 years old German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix who was rescued back in August 2025 by Sweet Angel Dog Rescue from Baldwin Park Animal Care Center. Unfortunately, Bambi doesn’t do well with other dogs, which has made finding her perfect forever — or even foster — home a bit challenging.

She absolutely loves people, takes treats gently, and is affectionate and loyal. Bambi loves playing fetch!! She’s currently underweight but gaining strength every day. She weighs 57 pounds, spayed with up-to-date shots. Bambi has also started training to help with her fear around other dogs and is working on becoming more confident and brave.

At the moment, she’s staying with her foster, but sadly, they can’t continue keeping her much longer. She urgently looking for a long term foster from Thursday 10/30/25 - Rescue help with supplies during the fostering period ( crate, bed, food, leash and collar ) , also if any medical issues arise they will cover the expenses.
